The software inventory management Stock It Easy allows detailed tracking of movements item by item. You can sort of know at all times which item is assigned to any batch, and details of all transactions relating to it.

Conversely, you can search movements (including controls) from the monitoring criteria encoded (batch, serial number, expiration date, second date, ...).

You can also request to be notified of alerts for follow-up dates soon reached: you store perishable products, and wish to be informed of the products reaching their expiration date in a period you choose.
