Administration of the backup data.
Stock It Easy pays particular attention to data backup. You can, in addition to automatic backups, give yourself backups and restores of the database.
Via the main menu in the Administration group, click Save.
A backup of the database can be created 4 different ways:
Automatically.
When closing the program, the database is archived in the / ARCHIVE directory under the program.
The last 10 backups are stored.
MULTI USER MODE
The automatic backup closure occurs only when the last user leaves the program because it is not possible to make a backup while records are being blocked by some users.
Manually.
Via the menu ADMINISTRATION / Create backup.
Select the directory where the backup database.
Click "Backup."
Online Order.
With parameter ARCHIVAGE (start / run / browse and select the program gestock.exe in the command line after gestock.exe leave a space then type ARCHIVAGE):

By sending via email.
If the support is "Email", make sure you are connected to a mail server and you specify the data required to manage emails (ADMINISTRATION Menu / Settings).
Click the "By Email" button.
MULTI USER MODE
If multiple users are connected, a warning message is displayed in the backup window.
Make sure that no more user is in session when the backup. If you backup a database and some users still block access to certain parts of it, the backup may be performed partially, it may therefore become inconsistent or unstable.
