Customer's order with management software inventory.


The customer order is the basic action that reduces the stock of ordered items.

A customer order can exist in 5 'states' different behaviors vary with these states.

1. REA (the order is in progress)

2. AT1 (some items from your order are not in sufficient stock)

3. PRE (the order is being prepared)

4. AT2 (some items from your order are not in adequate supply in preparation)

5. TER (the order is prepared and therefore finished)

All buttons are accessible by a keyboard shortcut (shown in the info bubble on each of them to get used to know them).


Select an existing customer order.


In the screen capture of an order, click Show list of orders.

Double-click the order to display the window closes and displays the current order in the newly appeared window.

Filter customer orders.


Various filters to select the order are achievable in addition to regular selections in the columns. You can select the storage source of your choice, or all warehouses.


Prepare orders in mass.


You can prepare all the orders in status "REA" from the selection. To do this, select the desired orders in the list by selecting the lines of right clicking with the Ctrl key on the keyboard. If you want to select all the orders of the table, press "Ctrl" and "a" on the keyboard.

Then click the button "From REA to PRE. Only orders in status REA from the selection will be prepared.


Close orders in mass.


You can close all orders selected in status "PRE". To do this, select the desired orders in the list by selecting the lines of right clicking with the Ctrl key on the keyboard. If you want to select all the orders of the table, press "Ctrl" and "a" on the keyboard.

Then click the button "From PRE to TER. Only orders in status PRE from the selection will be closed.


Create a customer order.


Via the main menu in the Output group, click on Customer Orders.

Select the client.

Select the warehouse where the items are stocked.

Click on "Create Order".

Add item to the customer order.


By double-clicking in the table "reference search" on the desired line, you add in the order.

You can then enter the order quantity and, if management opportunities is set, the type of item.

  • New = O
  • Used = N

and validate the line by pressing "ENTER".

If you want to enter more than one item, you can click as many times as necessary in the table "reference search", but you can also change the quantity in the "quantity" column of the order.

If in the application settings you have not authorized the staging of orders and that the item is not sufficient in the selected status (New or used) and in the place of storage selected, it will therefore possible that ordering more than quantity in stock.

Edit an item in the customer order.


Just change the quantity on the desired line.

Delete an item from the customer order.


Select the line item to remove in the control panel.

Click on "Delete row".

Confirm with YES or NO message appears.


Prepare a customer order.


The quantities prepared by the warehouseman are not necessarily the quantity that you ordered.

To prepare an order, click "Prepare Order".

A new column appears next to the Quantity column: Pre Qty.

By default, the contents of the column "Pre Qty" (quantity prepared) is identical to that of the Quantity column, unless the parameter reset to 0 in the preparations is chosen.

You can change the quantity prepared if it is different.

If you have prepared an item which was not expected, you can therefore add it in the order.


Close a customer order.


The order, once type-approved may be terminated via the button "Close the order".
