Printing the form reception

If a back order is in status REA (create) or REC (receipt), you can print a receipt to help you put it back in stock.

Click on "print receipt".

Printing the delivery note

If the back order is in status TER (closed) , you can print its delivery note.

Click on "Print back order"

Answer "yes" to the message displayed.

Printing credit note

If the return status is in TER, you can print the credit note for the customer.

If you have printed consignment note, closing the print preview of it, answer "yes" to the following message is displayed.

Otherwise:

Click on "Print Return"

Answer "no" to the message displayed.

Answer "yes" to the following message is displayed.
