The evolution of storage during the different states of the supplier order
Depending on the status of the order, the items ordered will be considered:
* In incoming stock if order status is REA (created)
* In incoming stock if order status is REC (Receipt, based on the quantity receipt)
* In stock if order status is TER (closed)
The evolution of storage during the different states of customer back order
Depending on the status of the back order, the items ordered will be considered:
* In incoming stock if order status is REA (created)
* In incoming stock if order status is REC (Receipt, based on the quantity receipt)
* In stock if order status is TER (closed)
The evolution of the stock during the encoding of "other incoming"
Items encoded with Other incoming will be considered as in stock.
The evolution of storage during the different stages of the customer order
Based on the status of the order, the items ordered will be considered:
* In outgoing stock if order status is REA (created) or AT1 (wainting, some items are missing)
* In outgoing stock if order status is PRE status (based on the quantity prepared) or AT2 (wainting, some items are missing) * In stock if order status is TER (closed)
The evolution of stock during the encoding of "other outgoing"
Items encoded with Other outgoing will be considered as out of stock.
Consult the stock
Via the main menu, in the group views, click on Stock
Select suppliers for which you want to account for the stock
Select the warehouses for which you want to account for the stock
Select if you want to include deleted items
Click "Calculate"
For storage, you see in a single table the stock outstanding In and OUT of all outstanding items.
You can also check the value of the stock of each warehouse purchase price, sales price and weighted average.
You can export the stock in an Excel sheet.
