Details about the items management.

Each item that you manage in stock can be defined by only some obligatory zones, and according to the type of management and details which you wish to obtain, you can specify of many optional and skeletal characteristics.

For each item, you can specify:
* Reference unique

* An internal software is automatically assigned
* Its EAN (European Article Number), if you do not specify a UPC is assigned by default, so you can without any input of data and print labels directly start managing your articles read by code bar.
* A mnemonic code, you used to identify grouping, such as a BOM group, a general name or any name that is productive with your management
* Supplier
* The reference to the supplier
* VAT rate
* The purchase price
* Its selling price
* Type of packaging
* Its packaging unit
* Weight
* Its minimum (threshold) in stock
* A storage address of each warehouse
* Photo of Article
* 10 other attributes that you can name yourself, eg you store wine, you can fill in the vintage, the varietals, the region, a technical description of the wine, etc..

On the other hand, the sheet section allows you to see a quick glance, the status of the stock outstanding and the In and Out in each store.
It is also possible to print the sheet section, supplemented by all the information you previously met.

The list of items can be accessed by vendor or all vendors combined. Many different sorts of criteria are possible.
